NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-000743 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-CB5, Plaintiff and David E. Stefanescu and David A. Dean are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 10, BRONX ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
