NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014152 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Richard E. Gibson, Surviving Spouse of Janet M. Finerfrock, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, HAMPTON DEVELOPMENT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
