SCHWARTZ, TRUSTEE OF THE SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST, CREATED UNDER THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 20, 1997, AMENDED MARCH 19, 1998, STYLED THE DECLARATION OF TRUST OF VIVIAN ANGEL; ROBERT ANGEL, THE LIFETIME BENEFICIARY OF THE SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST CREATED UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 20, 1997, AMENDED MARCH 19, 1998, STYLED THE DECLARATION OF TRUST OF VIVIAN ANGEL; MITCHELL ANGEL, THE VESTED REMAINDERMAN OF THE SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST CREATED UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 20, 1997, AMENDED MARCH 19, 1998, STYLED THE DECLARATION OF TRUST OF VIVIAN ANGEL; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST CREATED UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 20, 1997, AMENDED MARCH 19, 1998, STYLED THE DECLARATION OF TRUST OF VIVIAN ANGEL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TARPON LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 07/24/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
