NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09 006992 CI 11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of February 1,2007, GSAMP Trust 2007-HE1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE1, Plaintiff and Jude Szynwelski,Carol Szynwelski and Michael Joseph Kuebler are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 3, PONCE DE LEON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
