NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-012388 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Linda K. Griffith are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 31, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 109, BUILDING E, OF CASA DEL MAR III, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 4608, PAGES 1493 THROUGH 1617, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 18 THROUGH 41, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 1 THROUGH 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
