Final Judgment was awarded on June 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-010521, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and LAZARO VILLAVICENCIO; RAQUEL GONZALEZ; BANK OF AMERICA NA; KEY MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 201, BUILDING 3146 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OF SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTANTS THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF KEY MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4909, PAGES 149 THROUGH 207, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 66 THROUGH 74, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
