NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 21, 2013 and a Final Summary Judgment dated March 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2011-CA-007862, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff, and CATHERINE BALCOM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE BALCOM; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NLC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC; UNKOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIS CLAIMING INTERSTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOW KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 16th day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, SEMINOLE PINES SUBDIVISION PHASES II & III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 42 AND 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 8257 Jennifer Lane, Seminole, FL 33777.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
