NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Financial Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12000270CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein K & K ASSETS, LLC is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS J. GASSERA, SR A/K/A NICHOALS J. GASSERA, SR; AGNES M. GASSERA A/K/A AGNES GASSERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC (F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.); UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 2208 CONWAY BLVD., PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952; AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 2208 CONWAY BLVD., PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952; are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11AM EST on the day of May 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2753, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 33, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A THROUGH 35F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
