Unit No. 103 of Lakefront at Deep Creek, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2626, Page 1016, et seq. and according to Condominium Book 13, Page 16A , and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with that limited common element carport space 103 as per the terms of the Declaration of Condominium and together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto

AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You are notified that an action to foreclose a promissory note and mortgage lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3 Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before April 1, 2013; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
