NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 05, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08 2012 CA 001619 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JOHN DEL GENIO A/K/A JOHN DELGENIO; MARY ANN DEL GENIO A/K/A MARY ANN WENZ A/K/A MARY ANN DELGENIO; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK; CHARLOTTE COUNTY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 10 day of May 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
