NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No.11-2009-CA-010926, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR R EVANS, JOANN M. EVANS, SHERWOOD PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., SHERWOOD V, INC., SUNTRUST BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 63, SHERWOOD V, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3220, PAGES 1062 THROUGH 1165, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
