NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003773, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and KELLY A. JOHNSON, JOHN F. JOHNSON, RICHARD A. JOHNSON, CARL W. JOHNSON, JR., LINDA A. MARULLO, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFECIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CARL W. JOHNSON, VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT #1 OF NAPLES, INC., KELLY A. JOHNSON AS APPOINTED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CARL W. JOHNSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 20 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT UNIT #806, VANDERBILT TOWERS UNIT NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 377, PAGE 72 TO 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
