Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2236-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1307, Botanical Place, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3933, Page 2592, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida., together with the exclusive use of Carport No. G1-8.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
