Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-cc-2840 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Building 260, Unit 4, A/K/A 2604 Up, No. 11 THE GLADES COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 875, Pages 1505 to 1640, inclusive, as amended in Official Record Book 875, Page 404, and Official Record Book 1067, Page 168, and as depicted in Condominium Book 18, Page 97, all in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
