Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-2516 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Apartment One, of Building B, Number One, The Glades Country Club Apartments Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof dated June 28, 1971, and recorded July 30, 1971, in O.R. Book 408, Page 613, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with an undivided 1/56 (per unit) interest in those common elements appurtenant thereto. (“Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
