NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003240 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO MARTINEZ A/K/A ANTONIO JESUS MARTINEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTONIO MARTINEZ A/K/A ANTONIO JESUS MARTINEZ N/K/A ANIVSKA ALMARAL N/K/A ANIVSKA ALMARAL; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 N/K/A ELADIO RIVERS N/K/A ANTONIO MARTINEZ (OWNER) are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 88, UNIT 69, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 2835 31ST NE AVENUE, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
