NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause on February 15, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-3762, in the Circuit Court, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein REMODELERS FINANCE, INC., is the Plaintiffs, and COREY VAIL JONES and KENYA JONES, husband and wife, are the Defendants, I will sell, pursuant to the terms of said Summary Final Judgment, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Lobby on the Third (3rd) Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 18th day of March, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in COLLIER County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 3, TRAFFORD PINES ESTATES, SECTION ONE, COLLIER COUNTY, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 99, Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
