Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No.: 2012 CC 003407, on February 15, 2013, in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are IVAN SANTIAGO, REBECCA W. SANTIAGO, MERS, BAC HOME LOAS SERVICING, LP, and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs:
