Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-693 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and YENISEY CARIDAD PERDOMO LEAL A/K/A YENISEY C. PERDOMO LEAL A/K/A YENISEY PERDOMO LEAK A/K/A YENISEY CARIDAD PERDOMO A/K/A YENISEY CARIDAD LEAL A/K/A YENISEY C. PERDOMO A/K/A YENISEY C. LEAL A/K/A YENISEY LEAL A/K/A YENISEY PERDOMO; YOEL AQUILA A/K/A YOEL AGUILA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 105 FEET OF THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 93 OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
