Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2013, and entered in 112011CA0031530001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL V. KYRITSIS; CYPRESS GLEN MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CYPRESS GLEN VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A AFRODITE SALVIDIO are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 57, BUILDING 14, PHASE X, OF CYPRESS GLEN VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3215, PAGE 1554, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
