NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001159 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Charles D. Mauer, Jr. a/k/a Charles Maurer, Jr. a/k/a Charles D. Mauer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, DWIGHT E. BROCK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT E 649, EVERGLADES CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 632, PAGE 1635, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
