NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004834 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Bryan M. Twente a/k/a Bryan Twente and Amy Lynn Twente a/k/a Amy L. Twente a/k/a Amy Twente f/k/a Amy Lynn Banks a/k/a Amy Banks are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, DWIGHT E. BROCK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, MAJESTIC PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 55 AND 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
