NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0803489CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and REXHINA ELEZI, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, DELASOL, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 22 THROUGH 29, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
