notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on this 2 day of January, 2013 in Case No. 10-4625-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Mortgage Company is Plaintiff, and David L. Hawn, Kathryn A. Hawn, AmSouth Bank n/k/a Regions Bank and Naples Four Winds, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 20 day of March 2013 at 11 a.m. at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment No. F-58, FOUR WINDS, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded at Official Records Book 855, Page 979 through 1016 and any amendment thereto, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Property: 1100 Little Neck Court, #F-58, Naples, Florida 34102.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
