Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2011-CA-002817 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 20th day of March, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 101, BUILDING 6, PHASE VI, VARENNA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VARENNA, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4007 AT PAGE 1808, ET SEQ. PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose
