NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF
THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL
CIRCUIT IN AND FOR
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA -
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on March 20, 2013, at eleven o'clock, a.m. lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
The Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, less the west 30 feet thereof, and less the North 104 feet thereof.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
