notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on this 18th day of February 2013 in Case No. 11-CA-2984 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Emigrant Mortgage Company is Plaintiff, and Prime Real Estate Associates, LLC, Hammock Bay Owners' Association, Inc. and Rialto at Hammock Bay Condominium Association, Inc. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 20th day of March 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Fl 34112 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BUILDING 14, OF RIALTO AT HAMMOCK BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3290, PAGE 2402, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED OR MODIFIED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property: 1285 Rialto Way, #201, Naples, Florida 34114-7858.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
