notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 20, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006495 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2006-1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2006-1, Plaintiff and Tibor Ladi and Trissy Taft-Ladi, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD Floor OF THE Courthouse ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 8, MOON LAKE, UNIT ONE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 103 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
