NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012 04235 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Terrance Revere; Unknown Spouse of Terrance Revere; Gerald W. Gentile a/k/a Gerard Gentile; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Citibank, N.A.; Avellino Isles Condominium Association, Inc.; The Vineyards Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18 day of March 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8101, PHASE 8, AVELLINO ISLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3658, PAGE 1599, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
