NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, under and pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure in favor of Plaintiff heretofore entered on the 29 day of January, 2013, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, being Civil Action No. 2009 CA 002792, in which Plaintiff, U.S. BANK NATION ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA4 TRUST (“Plaintiff”) is the Plaintiff and AMY LYNN BOHAYCHYK is the Defendant, and under and pursuant to the terms of the said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Favor of Plaintiff will offer for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the Third Floor Lobby Area of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on the 18 day of March, 2013, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. in the morning, the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Collier County, Florida and legally described as follows:

The property aforesaid, together with all improvements, buildings, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, is being sold to satisfy Plaintiff's claims under said Consent Final Judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale
