NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of February, 2013, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein Oliver Petereit, Sybille Petereit f/k/a Unknown Spouse, if any, of Oliver Petereit, Island Pest Control, Inc., a Florida corporation, Ellis Enterprise Construction and Development, Inc., a Florida corporation, Univar USA, Inc., a Washington corporation, and the United States of America Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May, 2013, the interest in the following described property in Manatee County, Florida:
LOT 16, BLOCK 53, ILEXHURST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 154, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ALL LEASES, RENTS, ISSUES AND PROFITS ARISING FROM THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
TOGETHER WITH ALL ASSETS OF ISLAND PEST CONTROL, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, $36,000 OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, ASSIGNMENT OF STOCK, EQUIPMENT, CUSTOMER CONTRACTS AND GOODWILL TOGETHER WITH ALL OTHER ASSETS NOW OWNED OR THEREAFTER ACQUIRED
including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
