NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated February 15, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-002656 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and KAREN L. CANALE; DON TURNER; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; THE BARBADOS VI AT TARPON COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA DISSOLVED NON PROFIT CORPORATION; TARPON COVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION; THE BARBADOS AT CARRICK BEND CIRCLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION, THE MARTINIQUE AT TARPON COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, A FLORIDA NON PROFIT CORPORATION are the Defendants, I will sell the property located in Collier County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
