Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 18, 2013, the following described property:
Lot 36 in LIBERTY LANDING, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 71 through 73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
