NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004740 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and JACK WALDEN A/K/A JACK F. WALDEN; RUTH WALDEN A/K/A RUTH M. WALDEN; PEBBLE SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ADAM WALDEN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 8, PEBBLE SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1837, PAGES 1912 THROUGH 2020, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
