IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. The sale shall be held in person by the Clerk of Court at the Courthouse Annex in Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Third Floor Lobby, Naples, FL 34112.at 11 A.M. on March 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 1 OF GOLDEN GATE ESATES UNIT NO. 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
