NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated February 25, 2013, entered in Case No: 11-2012-CA-002818 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, the Parties are identified as Vertical Mortgage Fund I, LLC and Eduardo J. Valverde, Poinciana Apartments, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 k/n/a Keisha Trupiano, Unknown Tenant #2, and all unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, described as:
Apartment No. 7, Building L, of Poinciana Apartments, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 492, Page(s) 289, as amended and restated in Official Records Book 3850,

Page 956, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 33412, at 11:00a.m. on March 18, 2013.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
