SYED MADNI, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., AND any UNKNOWN TENANTS
IN POSSESSION,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 5-105, of ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records book 3731 Page 2534, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.

The Real Property or its address is commonly known as: 1205 Wildwood Lakes Blvd., #105, Naples, FL 34104
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20th day of March, 2013.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
