Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 22, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 104, BUILDING 3, PEBBLE SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1837, PAGES 1912 THROUGH 2020, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 102 PEBBLE SHORES DR #104, NAPLES, FL 34110; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on March 21, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
