Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2011-CA-001766 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 21st day of March, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, QUEENS PARK AT LAGO VERDE, PHASE 4, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 12 AND 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose
