NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Clerk of this Court shall sell all of the foreclosed property at public sale at the Lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County, Courthouse, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 18, 2013 the following described properties:
ALL OF TRACT 123, UNIT 93, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA;
a/k/a 3315 36th Ave South East, Naples, Florida 34117.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
