NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-001927, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ADAN HERNANDEZ, MARIA HERNANDEZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of March, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
LOT 55, BLOCK A, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 94, THROUGH 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1216 MADISON COURT, IMMOKALEE, FL 34142
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
