UNIT E-1, BUILDING E, CORDOVA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1304, PAGE 1463, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 16 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before April 1st 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
