ZAREMBA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MACIEJ J. ZAREMBA N/K/A MARISSA ZAREMBA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, AND LP.; TENANT #1 N/K/A BEAU BRADLEY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 03/25/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
