NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 7, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002890 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 31, of River Side Village, Unit One, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 110, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
