AVIS, ATTORNEY, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 37041 AVONDALE AVE. LAND TRUST THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 37041 AVONDALE AVE. LAND TRUST; LUCIANO B. SANCHEZ; MISTI D. SANCHEZ; RICKEY GAVIN D/B/A GAVIN ROOFING; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 04/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
