Final Judgement was awarded on January 18, 2013 in Civil Case No: 36-2011-CA-055277, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and, MATTHEW J. RYAN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on June 19, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 59, UNIT 5, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 AT PAGE 77 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
