NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-005646-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2005, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2005-B, Plaintiff and Christina McMillion-Curinga a/k/a Christina Curinga a/k/a Christina McMillion are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on March 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 586, BEAR CREEK SUBDIVISION, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 135 THROUGH 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
