TO THE DEFENDANT(S), SCOTT E. FRANTZ, JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT E. FRANTZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S), AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Condominium Association assessment Claim of Lien on the following property owned by you and located in Lee County, Florida:
Building A, Unit 2, SANIBEL WAY CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 144, Pages 1114 through 1183, the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and as amended in OR Book 1455, Page 95 and OR Book 1460, Page 101, OR Book 1520, Page 594, OR Book 1633, Page 2177, OR Book 1663, Page 2559, OR Book 1724, Page 1417, OR Book 2181, Page 3575 and OR Book 2974, Page 1862 all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the Common Elements as the same is establishes and identifies in the Declaration of Condominium and Plans on file in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Diane M. Simons, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2030 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published one time per week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
