Palmetto Park Road, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33486, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before 4/01/2013 or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
