NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-067072 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, in which SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff, and JOSEPH F. BYERS and RUTH J. BYERS are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 5 day of April, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 1769, Unit 45, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 122 through 134, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
